Obituary for Joe Don Perry

DERBY – Perry, Joe, age 70, passed away Sunday, October 16, 2011. Visitation 1-8pm Tuesday, October 18; funeral service 1pm Wednesday, October 19, both at Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Road, Derby. Joe was preceded in death by his parents, Bob and Helen Perry. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Jewel Perry; children, Sonya (Mitchel) Gordon and Rick (Kathleen) Perry; grandchildren, Clay Gordon, Clint Gordon and Matthew Perry; siblings, Betty (Ray) Eubanks, Bobby (Mary) Perry, Carol (Darrel) Simmons and Paul Perry; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 347 S. Laura Wichita, KS 67211 or Susan G. Komen For The Cure, 1148 S. Hillside, Ste. 11 Wichita, KS 67211.
