Obituary for Jo Ann Grover

Jo Ann Grover, age 85, of Derby, retired Herman Oil Company employee, passed away Tuesday, September 27, 2011. Visitation 1-8 PM Thursday, funeral service 10 AM Friday, October 1, 2011, both at Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby. Jo Ann is preceded in death by her husband, Rolland Grover; parents, WW & Jo Watson; brothers Winford and WJ “Bill” Watson; and a sister, Mary Day Watson. Survivors: sons, William (Carol) Grover, Lancaster, CA, Lloyd (Sherry) Grover, Bedford, TX, and Donald (Phyllis) Grover, Wichita; brothers, Donald Watson, Osceola, AR, and Bobby Watson, Yuma, AZ; sisters, Katie Ingram and Ibby Tate, both of Osceola, AR, and Molly Poudert, Marion, AR; 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. A memorial has been established with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis TN 38148-0142.
