Obituary for Gwendolyn May Smith

Gwendolyn May "Toots" Smith, age 90, of Haysville, retired cafeteria manager, Nelson Grade School, passed away Saturday, August 18, 2012. Visitation 1-8 PM Monday with family receiving friends 5-7 PM, Smith Mortuary, 7031 S. Broadway. Funeral service 1 PM Tuesday, Glenville Bible Baptist Church, 4604 S. Seneca, Wichita. Gwendolyn is preceded in death by her husbands, Ralph Pottorff and Earl Smith; parents, William & Rena Graves; son, Bill Smith; sons-in-law, Galen Nuss and Donnie Jackson; 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Survivors: son, Carl (Linda) Smith, Wellington; daughters, Mary Louise Nuss, Wellington, and Joyce Jackson, Haysville; 10 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 9 great-great-grandchildren.
