I was a Human Resources person at Boeing for a long time. During the last 15 years, he was one of my customers and soon became a really good friend that I always enjoyed meeting with, both professionally and personally. He was a fun guy with a great sense of humor, who always was looking out for the people that worked for him and with him. He will be missed by lots of people, because he was a great guy!!

Randy and I worked together for many years (20+). He was dedicated to his family, his country, and his job. He was extremely proud of of his wife and children. I’ve never seen anyone as happy as Randy was when he found out he was going to be a Grandfather. Randy was a great human being. He had an innate ability to guide and grow the people that worked for him. I always respected him, and jest his for life. Randy will be missed as a friend.
