Obituary for Dorothy E. Swigert

Belle Plaine - Swigert, Dorothy E., age 84, passed away Monday, August 1, 2011. Visitation 10-4pm Wednesday, August 3rd, at Hatfield-Smith Funeral Home, 219 W. 2nd, Belle Plaine, KS. Graveside service 10am Thursday, August 4th, at Belle Plaine Cemetery, Belle Plaine, KS. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, Homer Kelly and Thelma Kelly-Zumbren, husband, Bill Swigert; sister, Ann Kelly. Survivors include her brother, Doug (Patsy) Kelly; sister, Yvonne Kelly; nephew and nieces, Brendon, Leah, Camille and Melanie; cousin, Ruth (Sam) Nelson and family, Leisa (Steve) Warner, Debra Reed and Lori (Scott) Warren. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established with the Kansas Humane Society, 3313 N. Hillside Wichita, KS 67219.
