A LIFE LONG FRIENDSHIP

ROBERT AND I WERE BORN A FEW WEEKS APART IN 1940. ROBERT OCT 22 AND MYSELF AUG 14.

OUR HOUSES WERE ON SO EMPORIA WICHITA. ROBERT 1744 AND MINE 1722. WENT TO SAME SCHOOLS THROUGH HIGH SCHOOL. WE WERE IN CONTACT FOR A FEW YEARS UNTILL FAMILY AND CHILDREN PULLED US APART, BUT NOT PERMANENTLY. WE CALLED EACH OTHER ON BIRTHDAYS AND CHRISTMAS FOR A WHILE.

AFTER ROBERT GOT SICK WITH THE COPD THING WE USED E-MAIL TO KEEP UP ON EACH OTHERS LIVES. WE WERE LIFE LONG FRIENDS. I WILL MISS HIM.
