Visitation 1-8 Monday with the family to receive friends from 5-7 and Funeral 10am Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at Smith Mortuary, Derby. Survivors: parents, Jesse and Denise Shaffer; siblings, Nathan, Nicolas, Jessica, Zander, Zoe, and Brandon Shaffer; grandparents, Kenneth and Donna Colvard and Marie Matthews; and special friends, Kerri Dixon, Susan Williams, and Amy Otey.
