Winona Mae Vail

Winona Mae Vail. age 79, of Mulvane, retired Boeing Company office clerk, former First National Bank employee, passed away Sunday, June 11th, 2017. Visitation 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Wednesday, June 14th, with family greeting friends 6 to 7 PM; Funeral Service 10:00 am, Thursday, June 15, both at Smith Mortuary, 501 SE Louis Blvd, Mulvane. Winona was born March 31, 1938 on farm near Plymouth, NE to Louis and Ida Weichel. Family was her pride and joy. She loved her pets, the latest were her little cockatiels, and she enjoyed outting her own personal touch in home decorating and landscaping of the yard. Winona is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Delmar Weichel and his wife, Luella. She is survived by her son, Randall West (Cuc), of Wichita; daughter, Cynthia Miller (Richard), of Mulvane; brother, Vernon Weichel (June), of Plymouth, NE; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
