Winnie Platts

Winnie Platts, of Derby, age 90, retired KETCH receptionist and former JC Penney sales associate, passed away Sunday, April 8, 2012. Memorial service 11 AM Friday, April 13, 2012, Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby. Winnie is preceded in death by her husband, Dale; and her daughters, Tootsie Coon, Judy Hearn and Suzy Hines. Survivors include her daughters, Patty (Mike) Pifer, of Wichita, and Janice (Mike) Frazee, of Derby; sisters, Sally Saporito, Columbus, KS, and Sandra (Tom) Hallacy, Girard, KS; 12 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
