Wilma Jean Holsey died September 28, 2013 at the age of 91. She was former co-owner of Welch Cleaners. She is survived by her husband, Robert "Bob"; son, Larry Guy; daughters, Jeanne Billingsley and Joanne Bushey. Graveside: 2pm Wednesday, October 2, 2013. White Chapel Cemetery.
