William Fredrick “Bill” Northern, age 65, of San Antonio, TX, formerly of Wichita, retired Raytheon employee, passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2015. Visitation 1-8 PM Monday, June 22, with family receiving friends 5-7 PM, funeral service 10 AM Tuesday, June 23, both at Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby. Bill is preceded in death by his wife, Starr; father, Jack Northern; and his mother and stepfather, Nadine & Claude Peake. Survivors: sons, Billy (Tonia Fulton), San Antonio, TX, and Josh, Wichita; grandchildren, Blake, Mackenzie and Kaylee; 1 brother and 2 sisters.
