Wichita, KS. William J. Keiter (Bill), 71, passed away Tuesday, March 10th, 2020. He was born April 2nd, 1948 to Blakely Keiter and Harriett Cantwell Keiter in Kansas City, Missouri. He grew up in Millington, Michigan on Lake Murphy. Bill was a veteran of the Vietnam War, after his time in the Air Force, he was a successful business man and entrepreneur. He especially loved spending time with his family and being "Papa" to his 9 grandchildren. One of his favorite memories when his girls were young was spending weekends on the lake with them. Bill was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church for many years.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and his granddaughter, Ava Julienne Stutzman.
Bill is survived by Gina Keiter, his children, Casey (CJ) Partain, Candy (Tyler) Stutzman, and Courtney (Matt) Piotrowski; grandchildren, Scott, Miranda, Bailey, Brandon, Maya, Ethan, Zane, Maddox, and Sydney; brother, Dick Keiter.
Recitation of the Rosary: 10:00 am Saturday, March 14th, at Christ the King Catholic Church, 4411 W. Maple, Wichita.
Mass of Christian Burial: 10:30 am, Saturday, March 14th, at Christ the King Catholic Church.
Interment will be attended by immediate family at a later date at the Kansas Veterans Cemetery in Winfield, KS.
