Howard, William C. “Skeets,” 73, passed away Sunday, April 13, 2014. Memorial service 2:00 p.m. Friday, at Prairie Trail Cowboy Church, 8552 S. Broadway. Skeets was preceded in death by his parents William N. and Madeline Howard. Survived by his wife, Alice; son W.C. (Jenny) Howard; grandchildren Justin (Jessica) Howard and Amber (Michael) Price; sister LouAnn (D) Gregg; great-grandchildren Brock Simmons, Cinch Howard, and Shayla Price, and numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established with Prairie Trail Arena Team, 8552 S. Broadway, Haysville, KS 67060, and Kansas Humane Society, 3313 N. Hillside, Wichita, KS 67219.
