William Lee Harbour, age 71, passed away Thursday, December 5, 2013. Visitation 1-8 PM Monday, December 10, family will receive friends 5-7 PM, Funeral Service 10 AM Tuesday, Culbertson-Smith Mortuary. Interment will follow at Seltzer Cemetery, Wichita. Survivors: wife of 54 years, Cora Lee; sons, Mike and Perry, both of Wichita; daughters, Cindy Poplawski (Thomas), Valley Falls; Vicki Klein (Ted), Seattle; brothers, Rex (Barbara), Lincoln, NE, and Walt, Medford, OR; grandchildren, Richard Lassiter, Crista Mathews, Tyler Klein, Jordan, Austin, Jarrett and Alex Harbour; great-grandchildren, Ethan and Elie.
