William Franklin Butler

William Franklin Butler, age 72, passed away December 6, 2016. Visitation 1-8 with the family to receive friends from 5-7 Friday, December 9, 2016 and Funeral Service 2pm Saturday at Smith Mortuary, Mulvane. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Betty Butler; grandchild, Aiden Ryan; stepfather, Harry Ettwein; father and mother-in-law, Earl and Marinda Shover. Survivors: wife, Cathy Butler; four children, Cindy Diffenbaugh (Lance), Paul Butler, Laura Ryan (Nick), David Butler; eleven grandchildren, Matt Demicoli, Jack Diffenbaugh (Whitney), Gabby Diffenbaugh, Cole Diffenbaugh, Aleia Butler, Parker Ryan, Logan Martsolf, Caleb Mader, Madison Ryan, Brooke Butler, Jordan Butler; two great grandchildren, Kennedy Diffenbaugh and Olivia Diffenbaugh; brother, Robert Butler (Linda); beloved schnauzer, Shadow.
