William is survived by his Wife, Dolores; children, Janet Barker, Susan Phillips, James Brown, and William Brown; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Memorial Service: 1:00 pm, Friday, November 23rd, 2018 at Culbertson-Smith Mortuary 115 South Seneca Wichita, Kansas 67213.
