73, passed away Tuesday, January 9, 2018.
Visitation: Friday, January 12, 2018, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm and Memorial Service: 10:00 am, Saturday, January 13, 2018, both at Smith Mortuary, Mulvane 501 SE Louis Blvd Mulvane, Kansas 67110.
He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Lewis; mother, Geraldine Lewis, of Seaman, Ohio; brother, Gary Lewis, of Seaman, Ohio; sister, Betty Rae Young, of Seaman, Ohio.
Wayne is survived by his wife, Deloris "Dee" Lewis of Mulvane; daughter, Karen Johnson (Doug) of Grove,OK; son, David Lewis of Mulvane; 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and newphews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to Wayne Lewis Memorial Fund in care of Carson Bank, Mulvane.
