Wanda Lorene Burrows

BELLE PLAINE-Burrows, Wanda, 90, passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2011. Visitation 1-8 Friday with family receiving friends 5-7 at Hatfield-Smith Funeral Home, 219 W. 2nd, Belle Plaine. Funeral service 10 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church of Belle Plaine. Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Flora Pierce; husband Bernald; and siblings Lucy, Dell, Juanita, Marion, and Malcolm. She is survived by two daughters, Berdine Koger and Linda DeSaint; grandchildren Kelly and Cory Koger and Tracey Sims; great-grandchildren Kelly, David, Michael, Cassie, Hannah, and Pierce; siblings Marshall Pierce and Ella Neptune, and many nieces and nephews. A memorial has been established with the Belle Plaine High School Alumni Association, 719 N. Main, Belle Plaine, KS 67013.
