Virginia Hartenberger

WICHITA – Hartenberger, Virginia L. “Ginny”, 87, was born September 5, 1924 in Shamrock, OK to Luther & Vergie Abbott. Virginia died July 4, 2012 in Wichita, KS. There will be no services. She retired from the Boeing Company after working in the Wichita and Renton facilities. She is preceded in death by her husband Richard, parents, brothers, Claude & Arville, her companion & friend Kathleen Brankley. Survivors: son Robert, Newton; grandson, Aaron, Surprise, Arizona; brother & sister-in-law Bill & Marsha Abbott, Wichita; sister, Betty Young, Derby; nephews Greg & Cynthia Abbott, Clearwater; Gary Abbott, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Mike & Glenna Young, Derby; niece Linda & Jon Shortt, Milton ONT, many great nieces & nephews including Charles Zimmerman, Wichita.
