Memorial Service 1:00 pm, Saturday, January 18, 2020 at Smith Mortuary, Derby.

He was preceded in death by his father, Vernon Clark; mother, Lucy Sumner; sister, Joan Clark; daughter Tonya Ponte; companion Walli Masterson; step father, Claude Sumner.

Dale is survived by his former wife and friend, Etta Clark; Teresa Pummill (Mike); grandsons, Michael Callier (Reina), Joshua Ponte (Sara) Jacob Ponte; granddaughter, Jami Floyd (Joe); five great grandchildren; half brothers, Don Sumner (Chris), Tom Sumner (Beverly), Lloyd Sumner; several nieces and nephews.
