Vera Lorraine Baumfalk, age 92, of Derby, retired Boeing Company employee, passed away Saturday, October 14, 2023. Visitation 1-8 pm Wednesday, October 18, with family receiving friends 5-7 pm, Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock RD., Derby. Funeral service 1 pm Thursday, October 19, Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 600 N. Greenwich RD, Wichita. Lorraine is preceded in death by her husband, John; parents, Manny and Stella Robinson, her daughter, Stephanie Baumfalk and 7 siblings. Survivors include her daughters, Roxann Baumfalk-Lee (John) and Kaylee Harris; grandchildren, Stephanie Harris, John Baumfalk-Lee and James Harris, Jr. A memorial has been established with Holy Cross Lutheran Church for the Altar Guild and Choir.
