V. Joyce Sattler

DERBY – Sattler, Vivian “Joyce”, age 85, loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and homemaker, passed away June, 15, 2012. Visitation 1-8pm Sunday, June 24th, with family present 6-8 at Smith Mortuary 1415 N. Rock Road, Derby. Funeral service 10am Monday, June 25th, at First Christian Church, 201 N. Derby Ave., Derby. Joyce enjoyed bowling, going to Casino’s and playing cards with friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Sattler; son, Ronnie Sattler; grandson, Zachary Lind; 2 sisters and 2 brothers. Joyce is survived by her daughters, Pam (Bob) Beard of Derby, Kathy Sattler of Mulvane and Keli (David) Brockman of Derby; grandchildren, Maria (Dave) Van Metre and Sheila (Jeff) Miller; great-grandchildren, Payton and Drake Miller, Drew and Macey Van Metre; sister, Doris Woner of Rock, KS.
