Tyler Shane Patton, age 25, passed away Sunday, April 8, 2012. Visitation 1-8pm Thursday, April 12, family present 6-8pm at Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca. Funeral service 2pm Friday, April 13, at Cross Point Free Will Baptist Church, 1515 E. Harry. Tyler is survived by his parents, Greg and Bobbie Frye; siblings, Kevin (Veronica) Patton, Brian (Kristi) Patton, Robert (Jenny) Reyes and Michelle Reyes; grandparents, Jean Knowles, Leah Frye and Bob Page; nieces and nephews, Ashley Morris, Josh Patton, Kyle Patton, Alexis Trudo, Alissa Patton, Jarret Patton, Alyssia Logan, Riley Reyes, Nicolas Reyes, Sierra Sewell and Jeff Sewell; aunts and uncles, Bud and Sharon Page, Bill and Debbie Page, Jim and Kim Page, Darrell and Beth Beaty, Joyce Smith, Tony Knowles, Danny Patton, Sharon Patton, Mitch and Daphne Frye, Doug Frye, Scott Frye, Martin Frye, Kara Frye and Jill Frye; numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by his biological father, David Patton; grandparents, Bob Knowles, Fred and Lorene Patton and uncle Rick Page. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the church.
