Twila G. Blacklidge

Twila Gayl Blacklidge, 75, of Augusta, KS, loving wife of Ed Blacklidge, passed away January 2, 2025.

Twila worked at McConnell AFB until retiring after 30 years. You could always find her reading, gardening, painting, crosswords puzzles, doing some kind of craft or having fun with her beloved dogs. Her smile, wit, and wealth of knowledge will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Delite Rumsey; father, George Riley and step-father, Albert Rumsey. Survived by her husband; sons, Bud (Katie) Morris of Leavenworth, David Morris of Mulvane; step-son, Chris (Ailla) Blacklidge of Erie, CO; daughter, Tristin (Aaron) Rutland of Melbourne, FL; step-daughter, Kim (Mark) Wellborn of Peoria, AZ and 11 grandchildren.
