Derby – Adkins, Turner, age 89, passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2011. Visitation 1-8pm Friday with family present 5-7pm at Smith Mortuary 1415 N. Rock Road, Derby. Graveside service 11:30am Saturday at El Paso Cemetery, Derby. Turner was preceded in death by his daughter, Jennifer “Jill” Smith. Survivors include: wife, Katie Adkins; children, John Turner, Ann Lee and Nancy Roberts; 9 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
