Trudy Marie Ann Briggs, age 68, passed away July 27, 2016. Visitation 1-8pm Sunday, July 31; family greeting 5-7pm at Smith Mortuary- Derby, 1415 N. Rock Road Derby. Funeral 10am Monday, August 1st at Praise Assembly of God Church, 1125 S Rock Rd, Derby, KS 67037. Graveside service 2pm Monday, at Winfield Veterans Cemetery, Winfield, KS. Trudy is survived by her husband, Michael; children, Jeff (Ney) Briggs; Jason (Theresa) Briggs, Christina Briggs, Chad (Sandy) Briggs; 16 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 7 siblings and a loving extended family. She is preceded in death by her parents, Wayne and Dorice Schultz. In lieu of flowers a memorial is with the church.
