Lively, Trevor J., 47, passed away Monday, September 4th, 2023. He was born March 25th, 1976 to Charles and Janie Lively, in Wheeling, West Virginia.
Survivors include his parents; sister, Tia (Pete) Welch; nieces and nephews, Hanna (Greg) Miranda, Andrew Liebegott, Hunter Welch, Lane Welch, Angela Steffenson, Nicole Steffenson, Raymond Steffenson; great-niece, Penelope, great-nephew, Brayden and other family and extended family, who he loved.
Visitation with family is 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Saturday, September 9th, 2023, at Smith Mortuary, Derby, 1415 North Rock Road Derby, Kansas 67037.
