Trevor Don Dorsey

Trevor D. Dorsey, 46, passed away on Monday, August 17, 2026. He was born September 10, 1979 to Delbert and Paula Dorsey in Tacoma, Washington.

Trevor spent many years working at Goodwill Industries. He was a huge Kansas City Chiefs and KU basketball fan and enjoyed watching professional wrestling. Trevor loved to listen to music, some of his favorites were classic rock and Michael Jackson. Trevor's faith was very important to him and he was excited about Heaven.

Trevor was preceded in death by his father, Delbert. Survivors include his mother, Paula; sister, Olivia (Chris) Parker; nephew, Caleb (Glenn Anne) Parker and various aunts, uncles and cousins.

Trevor was a casual guy and we are encouraging casual attire (including shorts) for his service. If you happen to have any KC Chiefs or KU t-shirts we encourage you to wear those as well, to honor his fandom of those teams.

Memorial service is 10:00 am Saturday, August 29, 2026 at Smith Mortuary, 1415 N Rock Road, Derby, KS 67037.
