Trenton James Keeton, 20, was born January 10, 2001. Trenton, a resident of Haysville, KS, died unexpectedly on Sunday, September 5, 2021.


Trenton was born in Wichita was the son of Lori M. (Bonham) Keeton along with James P. Keeton and Melissa Solf. In addition to his parents, Trenton is survived by his siblings, Cody A. Wood (28), Brittani L. Keeton (25), Preston R. Keeton (14), Bailey R. Keeton (12), Alexus L. Solf (17), Ashley M. Solf (15), as well as his nephew, Kylan Wood (4). He is also survived on his mother's side by his grandmother, Ruth Bonham, great-grandmother, Gean Plotts, and Uncle Donald R. Bonham Jr. and family. On his father's side, he is survived by his grandmother, Patricia Buskirk, Aunt Jennifer Konklin and family, and grandfather, Thomas Buskirk. Trenton as preceded in death by his grandfather's Donald R. Bonham and Preston "Dewy" Keeton.




Trenton graduated from Haysville High School in 2019. He grew up in Haysville, had many friends which he loved to play football, basketball, and baseball with when he got the chance. He also spent most of his time, the past few years, with his girlfriend, Elizabeth Baalmann and her family, whom he loved very much.




He loved being around family and friends. Trenton was the life of the party at times, yet very quiet and shy at times. He also loved cooking and trying new meals with his mom. He loved to fish and occasionally went hunting with his dad growing up.




Trenton will truly be missed by all who love him.




Visitation hours will be held on Sunday evening, September 12th, from 4 - 8 p.m., with family receiving guest from 4 - 6 p.m. at Smith's Mortuary Haysville, 7031 S Broadway, Haysville, KS 67060. The Funeral Service will be Monday, September 13th at 1:00 p.m., followed by a procession to Kechi Township cemetery in Park City, 6523 N. Hillside Ave. Park City where Trenton will be laid to rest near some of the Keeon family. There will then be a dinner following the service at the Haysville Community Building at 130 E. 2nd St. South, Haysville, KS.
