Tony Rico

Rico, Tony, age 92, passed away Tuesday, September 16, 2014. Recitation of the Rosary 6pm Sunday; Funeral Mass 10am Monday, September 22, 2014, both at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, 445 E. Main, Mulvane. Interment to follow at Mulvane Cemetery. Tony was preceded in death by his wife, Mary. Tony and Mary Rico were married November 15, 1947 in Derby. They were blessed with six children, Ody Rico, Gloria Rico, Richard Rico, Rita Crowe, Tom Rico, and Chris Rogers; 28 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and 2 on the way; and a brother, Trinidad Cortest. There will be no viewing, Tony wished his family and friends to remember him as they knew him in life. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with St. Michael’s Catholic Church.
