Tomella Polk

TomElla Polk, age 81, Retired Bodkin Motors bookkeeper and former Polk Ford Sales bookkeeper, passed away Saturday, January 3, 2015. No visitation. Memorial service 2 PM Thursday, First Christian Church, Douglass. TomElla is preceded in death by her husband, James K. Polk; parents, Tom & Beryl Daniels; and her brother, Dick Daniels. Survivors include her son, James C. Polk, Maricopa, AZ; daughters, Lynda Nixon (Dane), Douglass, Cheri Bush (Bill), Garfield, AR, Carla Moody (Lonnie), Wyandotte, OK; brother, Jess Daniels (Joyce), Augusta; sisters, Gay Meyers (Walt), Winfield, Ann Young (Larry), Wichita; sister-in-law, Donna Daniels, Udall; 9 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
