T. Ray Winchester, 90, died September 26, 2017. He is preceded in death by his wife, JoAnn; son, Daniel Raymond Winchester. Survivors: children, Paul Winchester (Pat), Janie Mettee (Scott), Mark Winchester (Vicki); 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren. Viewing: 2-8pm Thursday, Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca with family present to greet friends from 6-8pm. Graveside service: 11am Friday, September 29, Timber Creek Cemetery, Atlanta, KS. A memorial is established with Ray and JoAnn Winchester Scholarship Fund c/o Friends University.
