Thomas Charles Ragsdale

Thomas Charles Ragsdale, age 77, of Mulvane, Kansas, passed away on August 30, 2026 at Credo Senior Living.

Born on November 18, 1948 in Emporia Kansas to Junior Charles Ragsdale and Rita Marie Bechtel, Thomas served in the US Army and was a Purple Heart Veteran. He worked for over 30 years as a Letter Carrier with The US Postal Service. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and community member who enjoyed scouting, camping, and spending time with family.

Thomas is survived by his spouse, Jacque; son, Tony and wife Jessica; grandchildren, James and Cora; and siblings, Rita Jean (Jeff) Pape, Nellie Criqui-Falcon, Alice (John) Marin, and Gloria Scarberry. He was preceded in death by three sisters and one brother.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on September 4, 2026 at Smith Family Mortuary, 501 E. Louis Boulevard, Mulvane Kansas 67110. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association .
