MULVANE – Potter, Thomas E. “TP”, age 81, loving husband, father, grandfather and brother, passed away Friday, January 3, 2014. He was born to Dubie & Elbert Potter, June 29, 1932, in Humphrey, AR. Tommy was a US Air Force Veteran, retired from Boeing as a QA Superintendent in 1992, and was a classic car enthusiast. Visitation 1-8 PM Tuesday, January 7, with family receiving friends 6-8 PM, Funeral Service 10 AM Wednesday, January 8, both at Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby. Tommy is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, OT Potter. He will be greatly missed by his loving family, wife, Albertine; children, Keith Potter (Janie), daughters, Beth Lockart (Rick) and Terri Loper (Kirk), all of Mulvane; brother, James (Barbara), Jacksonville, AR; sister, Mary Buergey, Wichita; 6 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.
