Theresa Ann Meyers, age 85, homemaker, passed away quietly in her sleep. Wednesday, June 1, 2016. Visitation 1-8 PM Monday, June 6, Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd, Derby. Recitation of the Rosary 9:30 AM Tuesday, June 7, with Mass of Christian Burial following at 10 AM, both at St. Mary Catholic Church, 2300 E. Meadowlark, Derby. Theresa is preceded in death by her husband, Daniel; parents, Joseph and Catherine McDonnell; brothers, Joseph, Paul, James and Francis McDonnell; sisters, Mary Cawley, Eileen Hess, Catherine Kelly, Lucille McDonnell and Helen Mahar. Survivors include her son, Robert Meyers (Denene), of Camino Island, WA; grandchildren, Joe (Jenn) Meyers, Portsmouth RI, Daniel (Kim) Meyers, Rose Hill Ks and Courtney (Cody) Brown, Belle Plaine; great-grandchildren, Alec, Andrew, Abigail, and Barrett; several nieces and nephews.
