Visitation Monday October 3, 2016 1-8 with the family to greet from 5-7 and Funeral 10am Tuesday, October 4, 2016 both at Smith Mortuary, 501 SE Louis Blvd, Mulvane. Survivors: husband, Michael Duncan; children, Shayna Duncan, Kylie Duncan-Williams (Josh), and Austin Duncan; three grandchildren, Addilyn Williams, Oliver Williams, and Jaxon Reevey; parents, Everett and Jenny Sullivan; siblings, Jeri Williams (Kenny), Ted Sullivan, and Robert Sullivan (Heather); beloved pets, Roxie and Sassy.
