Age 59, passed away Sunday, August 19th, 2018. She was born in Denver, Colorado to Dominic and Barbara Bettale. She was raised in Farmington, New Mexico, and joined the Air Force right out of High School. Suzanne met Mike Dayon while serving in Iceland. Together they had three children Nic, Kalynn and Emily. Suzanne was a wonderful mother and wife, she had an incredible positive attitude about life and could joke about anything. She was a great cook and loved gardening, planting mums every year. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She is preceded in death by father, Dominic Bettale; sisters, Diane Bettale, Barbara Ann Norman; brother, Michael Bettale. Suzanne is survived by her mother, Barbara May Bettale; husband, Mike Dayton, son, Nic Dayton; daughters, Kalynn Dayton, Emily Long (Ben); sister, Toni Wooton; brother, Mark Bettale. Memorial Service will be held on Friday August 24, 2018 at 2:00 pm Smith Family Mortuary 1415 N. Rock Rd, Derby, Kansas 67037.
