Susan M. Lajoie

Susan Lajoie, 47, passed away May 28, 2025. She was born August 16, 1977 to George and Marion Arnold in Kansas City, Missouri.

Susan loved to attend any activity Ava may be involved in, such as gymnastics and most recently cheerleading. She loved to travel with her husband, some of her favorite place to visit were the Caribbean Ocean as well as Las Vegas, and spending time with her animals.

She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband, Ron; daughter, Ava Hoffman; step daughter Morgan Lajoie, step son Braden Lajoie, step daughter in-law Piper Lajoie, step grand son Merrick Lajoie, sisters, Kerri (JD) Campbell, Jill (Terry) Staats and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation with family is 2:00 to 4:00pm Sunday, June 1, 2025 at Smith Family Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Road, Derby, Kansas 67037. Rosary is 9:30am Tuesday, June 3, 2025 followed by a 10:00am Funeral Mass both at Church of the Magdalene, 12626 E 21st St N, Wichita, KS 67206.
