Susan Kay Blaine, 63, of Haysville, Kansas, passed away April 22, 2021. Susan was born on February 6, 1958 to Ruby and Wilbur Blaine. She was preceded in death by her parents and her partner, Ed Chambers. Susan was more than a mother, a sister, a grandmother; she was a friend to all who met her. She is surived by her son, Tanner (Krister) Blaine; and grandchildren, Sal, Kaylie, Isaak and Oliver.
Memorial Service: 10:00 a.m., Friday, April 30th at Smith Family Mortuary, 7031 S. Broadway, Haysville, Kansas. 67060. In lieu of flowers, please consider a monetary donation to help offset funeral costs.
