Sue Nelson, age 72, passed away May 9, 2017. Visitation 1-8 Friday, May 12 at Smith Mortuary, Mulvane. Funeral 10 am Saturday, May 13 at Mulvane United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by husband, Jerry Nelson; parents, Orlie and Edythe Loewen; and infant son, Jeffrey. Survivors: husband, Carl Nord; sons, Scott Nelson (Paige) and Steve Nelson (Amy); grandsons, Brett, Tanner, and Brady Nelson; stepchildren, Matt (Brittany) Nord, Chris (Chana) Nord; Kim (Ron) Lovesee; Lori (Michael) Colvin; eleven stepgrandchildren. Memorials to the church, 107 S. Central, Mulvane or Mulvane Public Library, 101 E. Main.
