Steven Lee (Palmer) Endres, age 40, of Derby, loving husband, father, and son, and Director of Operations, Creekstone Farms, passed away Thursday, August 13, 2015. Visitation 1-8 PM Tuesday, August 18, with family receiving friends 5-7 PM, Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby. Funeral service 3 PM Wednesday, NewSpring Church 12200 E. 21st St. N., Wichita. Steve was an avid golfer, and sometimes believable story teller and was always the life of the party. He knew no stranger. Steve is preceded in death by his grandparents, Philip Endres, Paul Stucky, Bill & Scotty Ford and Don Story; and a dear friend, JJ Johnson. Survivors include his wife, Amy; children, Rhett, Molli and Jett; parents, Frank & Lea Endres, South Haven; father-in-law, Jim Epp, Newton, mother-in-law, Carol and her husband, Gerald Wright, Newton; brother, Eric (Michelle), Mulvane; sisters, Stacy Magee (Sean), Mulvane, Jenie Simon (Courtney), Wichita and Stephanie Palmer, Mobile, AL; grandmothers, Rosie Endres, Haysville, and Darlene Stucky, Inman; numerous loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
