Stephen Robert English

Stephen "Stevie" Robert English, age 36, passed away on June 16, 2026. He was born on March 7, 1990, to Dana Andrew and Douglas English.

Stevie was a compassionate soul who possessed a strong sense of social justice and a lifelong dedication to standing up for the "little guy." An avid lover of nature and the outdoors, he found great peace spending time along the Arkansas River and visiting the Keeper of the Plains statue. In his youth and throughout his life, he enjoyed the energy of skateboarding and boxing, as well as the quiet comfort of a good cigar. Some of his family's fondest memories remain the trips they shared together at the beach and the lake. Above all, Stevie cared deeply for his friends and his family.

He is survived by his mothers, Dana Andrew and Kathryn Bogue; his father, Douglas English; his sister, Kristen English; his brother, Joseph Miles; his grandmother, Phyllis English; his nephew; and many beloved cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Stephen English, and his grandmother, Claudette Stoner.

A private family gathering will be held to honor Stevie's life on July 18th, 2026. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his memory to Shatterproof, an organization dedicated to supporting families and transforming addiction treatment.
