Visitation 1-8 PM Thursday, October 29, with family receiving friends 5-7 PM, Funeral Service 10 AM Friday, October 30, both at Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca. She is preceded in death by her sister, Bobbie Joe Starr. Survivors: husband, Keith; daughters, Taylore Tieking (Anthony), Kaitlynn Gilpin and Nicolette Gilpin, all of Wichita; father and stepmother, Robert & Janice Hood, Wichita; mother and stepfather, Virginia & Bob Woodward, Wichita; sisters, Tina Barnes (Danny), Wichita, and Gina Sales, Sedalia, MO; granddaughter, Alexandria Tieking; and a sister-in-law, Debbie Barnes, Wichita.
