She was preceded in death by her father, John Baumfalk.
Stephanie is survived by her husband, John Axtell; mother, Lorraine Baumfalk; mother-in-law, Louise Axtell; siblings, Roxann Baumfalk-Lee (John), Kaylee Harris (James); niece and nephews, Stephanie Harris, John Baumfalk-Lee, James Harris Jr; and beloved dog, Bella.
Memorials have been established with Salvation Army, 350 N Market St, Wichita, KS 67202 and Disabled American Veterans, 5500 E Kellogg Ave, Wichita, KS 67218.
