Stanley "Steven" Todd, 64, passed away December 9, 2017. Memorial Service will be held 2:00pm Thursday, December 14, 2017 at Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca, Wichita, KS. He is preceded in death by his parents, Homer and Vera Todd; sister, Gloria Todd. Steven is survived by his sisters, Linda Steven (Craig), Cheryl Williams (Jerry), and brother, Craig Todd.
