Sophia Marie Bowen, of Mulvane, 5 year old daughter of single father, Shad Bowen and birth mother, Amanda Boyd, passed away Monday, March 23, 2015. No visitation. Funeral service 2:30 PM Friday, March 27, Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby. Sophia is preceded in death by her best friend and aunt, Shelle Bowen, and by her great-grandfather, OG Bowen. Survivors include her parents; siblings, Keilan and Khloe Bowen; grandparents, Eddie & Lynn Bowen; great-grandmother, Florene Bowen; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
