77, passed away Sunday, August 5, 2018. Private family service will be held at a later date. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, George and Charlotte Mathews and brother, Edward Mathews. She is survived by her husband, Larry Ratliff; children, Tina (Bruce) Knowles, Tonya (Bill) Row, and Curtis Ratliff; five grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
