Shirley A. Phillips, 86, died Saturday, October 22, 2016. She is survived by her husband, Mel; children, Olin "Fred" Baker, Jr, of Rose Hill, Rebecca "Becky" Covey (Brad), of Rose Hill, Judy Phillips (Clint) of Wichita; grandchildren, Kayla Meek of Wichita, Kinsey Meek of Haysville, Bekah Phillips of Wichita; brother, Larry Spear; sister, Jean Markley, both of Lincoln, KS. No visitation. Memorial graveside services at a later date. Memorials are established with American Diabetes Assn. and Good Shepherd Hospice.
