Shirley A. Morgan

Shirley A. "Sam" Morgan, 83, loving wife, mother and grandmother, and retired teacher, passed away Saturday, January 17, 2015. She is survived by her husband, Lee; son, Phil Morgan and his wife Diana of Wichita; daughters, Jane Morgan and husband Mark of Lexington, KY, Mary Durbin and husband Chris of Wichita, Joanna Short and husband Randy of Wichita; grandchildren, Andrea Morgan, Jeremy Morgan, Brooks Morgan and his wife Katie, Pilar Morgan, Mitchell Durbin, Paige Durbin, Kelsey Durbin, Meredith Short, John Short, Olivia Short.

Her parents, Arthur and Laura Alexander; sisters, Madeliene, Jane and Janet precede her in death. A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, January 24, 2015 at 11:00 am at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 1101 N. River Blvd., Wichita. A memorial is established in her name with the church.
