Shirley Ann Czajkowski

Shirley A. Czajkowski (Gmachi), 73, of Haysville, KS, passed away Sunday, March 13, 2016. Shirley was born December 12, 1942, the daughter of Lawrence Oscar and Laura Elgia (Blake) Bell. She married Daniel Czajkowski who preceded her in death along with her parents and a brother, Larry Bell. Survivors include her children; Tammy Czajkowski, Laura Vickers (Brad), Shirley J. Czajkowski all of Haysville, brother, Richard Bell, sister, Linda Kirkpatrick (Leroy), grandchildren; Danny Hatfield (Lacey), James Hatfield, Joshua Vickers (Christine), Jeffrey Vickers (Valerie) and Brylie Czajkowski, great-grandchildren; Maverick, Steel, Ace, Harlee and Madison. Funeral Services will be 11 AM Friday, March 18 with visitation from 10-11 prior to the service at Smith Mortuary, 7031 S. Broadway, Haysville.
